Robert C. Lacombe – President

Robert joined the company in 1982, 4 years after the company was founded. His first role was as our service technician. He then acquired more skills in 1986 and became a CPR instructor. But that was not enough; he took on sales and in 2001 became an AED instructor. In 2005 he was given the position of President which he still holds today.

Louise Lahaie: Administration

Louise joined the SOS family in 2001 and is Robert’s right arm.  She is a very responsible and conscientious in overseeing the daily operation of SOS.

Bertrand Guay: Sales & Service

Bert joined our family in 2004. He was responsible for all sales and purchasing. But that was not enough, he has since also undertaken the service department and has also become an CPR/AED instructor.

Special note:  Claude A. Lacombe

Claude started this company 1978 in the comfort of his basement. He grew the company and its name to what it is today. He is very proud of this accomplishment and worked at it till 2011. Our goal is to keep the tradition going and continue what he started.
